I thought it was only Earl that could create them and would Akuma obey a Noah if he wasn't with the Earl?

i like being creative, i can work out, within a set of rules, how to do something extremely powerful... e.g. rain flame hypnosis

oh and don't laugh till AFTER you've won light. and put your own name on a slip of the note for in 100 years so you can't be killed by another note user, then get your crony to try and kill you along with everyone else... yah, i know the note rules better than you BITCH!  earlier written one has priority.

Why does joining the Earl specifically make his innocence destroy him. I could just as easily see Allen tap into his powers and combine them with the innocence to get a greater deed done.

The other guy that betrayed the Order instead of dying was destroyed by his innocence

why did kanda stab allen to start with?
and because hes linked to the 14th do you think his innocent is the heart and hell use it like the 14th did?

But Allen has been having problems with 14th harrassing him, so he may try to control Allen now that he is a Noah.

Who knows? All we know about the 14th is that he wants to be the Earl and he had a brother, Mana. Even his personality is somewhat unclear. What does he think of Allen? Just a body to keep?
Maybe the innocence will get along with the 14th. But that's pretty contradicting and should be impossible. I mean, innocence and noah are MADE to get rid of the other.
It's hard waiting for the next chapter, lol.
