They cannot make 3 arcs (soul society, hueco mundico, Shinigami vs Aizen) into one movie without losing some of the stuff that will be important; the SS arc alone would be able to make a decent movie, the Hueco Mundico needs an opening arc and the SS vs Aizen and Hollows arc has no determined ending yet, it just wont work; but we are getting off topic.

I think that Ichigo Will almost kill Aizen, Aizen will unleash his Bankai and use illusions on Ichigo without the need to keep Ichigo from touching his sword: it will be a true perfect hypnossis, ichigo will be like "ILLUSION MY ASS!" and break it through sheer force and pwn aizen's ass.

Well Urahara might not know the full extent of his creations. He didn't know everything about the Hougyoku. He may not have know that the gigai stole Isshun's powers

But his father hasn't been around and Ichigo might say yes if it means protecting his friends.

he doesn't know yet but it might not even be them. but I think ichigo will more then likely get new powers soon, also I think he'll probably die in the fight with the teddy bear

I can agree with that theory but then why would they try to kill him ? it doesn't make sense
